Shipping & Handling:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will not ship COD. For the convenience of all of our customers we offer flat price rates to cover shipping & handling expenses. For the best possible rates contact us for a shipping quote Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST at 1-800-807-4333 or any time at customerservice@aastorefixtures.com.
Shipping is done Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. If your order is placed on Friday after 5pm EST your order will ship the following Monday.
We ship UPS within the continental US only. If you live outside this area please contact us Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST at 1-800-807-4333 or any time at customerservice@aastorefixtures.com. We will try our best to meet your needs.
Item Availability:
While we try our hardest to maintain accurate reflections of our inventory on our site, due to the unique nature of our combination of new and used items, sometimes items will sell both on-line and from our warehouse concurrently. We apologize for any instances where this occurs.
Damage Claims:
The carrier is responsible for damage in transit to you however, it is important to open all cartons immediately upon arrival to be eligible to file a freight claim.
UPS damages: If you discover damage after opening the package, call UPS to report the damage. Save all packing materials and follow UPS instructions for disposition of the damaged merchandise. Please contact us after you have reported the damages to UPS so that we can ship replacement merchandise.
Common Carrier damages: All shipments are insured against damage in transit. It is important that you inspect all cartons upon delivery. When a carton is visibly damaged upon arrival, it must be indicated when signing the truck Bill of Lading. The driver should sign both copies. This is to protect you and to enable you to file a claim with the Carrier. Documenting any damage with photographs can also assist in filing a claim.
Concealed damages: If after opening a package you discover damage, call the Carrier immediately to report the claim. Save all packing materials. You must file a claim with the carrier within 5 days of signing for the freight.
